As a multifaceted recipe developer with over ten years of foodservice experience, I have seen first-hand how the food industry has strained our food and ecological systems. My desire to make a change in the industry led me to earn an environmental master's degree in sustainable food systems. I have worked alongside a food manufacturer and several nonprofits to develop recipes and marketing collateral that was environmentally conscious yet consistent with their culinary identities.
My passions for food, nutrition, and environmental sustainability led me to start Queen City Sorbet because I saw a need.
